I've tried a lot of different energy gels and KODA is by far my favorite. The wild berry flavor is delicious and it provides a great energy boost during long runs. Plus, it's gentle on my stomach. Would definitely recommend!

The wild berry flavor is okay, but I prefer other flavors. The energy boost is good, but not as strong as I would like it to be. Overall, an okay energy gel.
