I've been using Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Serum for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed. It absorbs quickly into my skin and leaves it feeling hydrated and smooth. I love how it doesn't leave any greasy residue. My skin looks healthy and radiant!

This serum is just okay. I didn't notice any significant improvement in the hydration of my skin. It absorbs quickly but doesn't provide long-lasting hydration. I will continue searching for a better serum.

I have sensitive skin and this serum doesn't irritate it at all. It feels very gentle and lightweight on my skin. I didn't see an immediate improvement, but after using it for a few weeks, I noticed my skin looked more hydrated and less dull.
