How to use:

• Adults (Age 13 and above) : Put 150ml warm or hot water (80 ͦC) in a shaker bottle. Gradually add 2 scoops (25g) of Goat Milk into the shaker bottle, screw the lid firmly, shut and shake it vigorously until dissolved. Drink immediately. Take 1 to 2 serving (s) per day.
• Children (Age 4 and above) : 12.5g (1 scoop), 1 to 2 serving (s) per day.
• Children (Age 1 – 3) : 12.5g (1 scoop), 1 serving per day.
