How To Use:

1. Tear open 1 sachet and pour the contents into the bottle.
2. Fill the bottle with lukewarm distilled or previously boiled water up to the 250ml mark.
3. Shake well to dissolve powder completely.
4. Insert nozzle into one nostril and gently squeeze. Allow solution to flow out the other nostril.
5. Repeat on the other side. Use 1–2 times daily or as needed.
