Shake before use. Wet hair. Gently massage onto scalp. Lather and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if desired. Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Xylenesulfonate, Zinc Carbonate, Cocamide Mea, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycol Distearate, Sodium Chloride, Fragrance, Zinc Pyrithione, Dimethicone, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate, Polyquaternium-10, Stearyl Alcohol, Magnesium Carbonate Hydroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Menthol, Sea Salt, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Isopropyl Alcohol, Methylisothiazolinone.  Avoid contact with eyes. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water.
