The Vitamode Superba Krill Oil has helped with my premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms. It has reduced my cramps and mood swings to a certain extent. The only downside is that the taste is a bit fishy, which can be unpleasant. But overall, it's a decent product for PMS relief.
