Welcome to HTM Pharmacy online store. Terms and conditions stated below applies to all visitors and users of HTM Pharmacy online website only.

 

General

The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that HTM Pharmacy have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, HTM Pharmacy will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

 

Site Contents & Copyrights

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by HTM Pharmacy.

 

Comments and Feedbacks

  • All comments and feedbacks will be remained as HTM Pharmacy's property.
  • User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to HTM Pharmacy will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment's content made.

 

Product Information

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

 

Newsletter

User shall agree that HTM Pharmacy may send newsletter regarding the latest news / products / promotions etc through email to the user. 

 

Indemnification

The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold HTM Pharmacy harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

 

Link to other sites

Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. HTM Pharmacy will not be related or involve to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.

 

Inaccuracy Information

From time to time, there may be information on HTM Pharmacy that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers.

 

Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or HTM Pharmacy. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, HTM Pharmacy may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

 

Free Shipping 

The free shipping promotion applies to orders with a minimum spend of RM99.

For West Malaysia, parcels weighing 1–3kg qualify for free shipping, while orders above 3kg will receive a RM6 deduction from the applicable delivery charges.

For East Malaysia, orders with a minimum spend of RM99 will receive RM6 off the delivery charges. Any remaining shipping fees are payable by the customer.

HTM reserves the right to amend or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  

HTM PHARMACY RETAIL MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Updated December 2025)

 

The HTM Pharmacy Membership Program is a loyalty program owned and managed by HTM Holdings Sdn Bhd, and is applicable at all HTM Pharmacy outlets in Malaysia.

By applying for Membership, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above with a Malaysian telco-registered mobile phone number.

 

1.2 You may apply for Membership at any HTM Pharmacy outlet by presenting your MyKad (NRIC) or Passport and providing your Malaysian mobile number.

 

1.3 Each individual is entitled to only one Membership account. All Points collected are strictly non-transferable unless approved by the management.

 

 2. USE OF THE HTM PHARMACY MEMBERSHIP

2.1 The Membership card, Member’s name, MyKad (NRIC) number, or registered mobile number must be verified at the time of purchase. Failure to do so will result in Points not being awarded.

 

2.2 To redeem Membership Points, Members must present a valid NRIC or Passport.

 

2.3 HTM Pharmacy reserves the right to waive, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede all previous versions.

 

 3. POINTS

3.1 ONE (1) Membership Point (“Point” or “Points”) will be awarded for every RM1.00 spent in a single transaction.

 

3.2 Points earned are calculated based on the rounded total purchase amount on a single receipt.
Accumulating multiple receipts for Points is not permitted.
(Example: A purchase of RM233.45 earns 233 Points.)

 

3.3 Effective 1 January 2024, Points earned are valid for 12 months from the date of earning.
(Example: Points earned on 1 January 2023 are valid until 31 December 2023.)

 

3.4 Point validity will automatically extend for 12 months from the date of the latest transaction.
(Example: Points expiring on 31 December 2023 will be renewed for another 12 months if a transaction is made on 31 December 2023.)

 

3.5 If a Membership account remains inactive for 12 months or longer, all accumulated Points will be forfeited and reset to zero.

 

3.6 Points earned after each purchase will be printed on the transaction receipt.

 

3.7 HTM Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel Points awarded for products that are returned or refunded (partially or fully). This also applies to exchanges unless the exchange is for an item of equivalent value.

 

3.8  Points awarded or redeemed may be reversed or cancelled if HTM Pharmacy determines that the Points were earned or used incorrectly and/or due to system error.

 

3.9 No Points will be awarded for transactions made under Staff, Wholesaler, Clinic, Pharmacy, and/or Bulk Purchase membership categories. Points under these categories cannot be used or redeemed for cash, vouchers, or gifts.

 

3.10 Points will be awarded for purchases made on the:

HTM Official Website (www.htmpharmacy.my).

 

3.11 The HTM Official Website is now fully linked with the retail Membership system. Points earned online may be used and redeemed both online and at any HTM Pharmacy retail outlet.

 

3.12 No Points will be awarded for transactions made via HTM’s third-party marketplace stores such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and any other official marketplace platforms.

 

3.13 Points are strictly non-transferable unless approved by the management.

 

4. INSTANT REBATES VIA POINTS REDEMPTION

4.1 Points may be used to offset purchases at any HTM Pharmacy outlet or on the HTM Official Website at the rate of 1,000 Points = RM5.00.

 

4.2 Points may also be redeemed for free products, subject to the required Points as determined by HTM Pharmacy.

 

4.3 Each Member may redeem a maximum of three (3) items OR convert up to 3,000 Points (equivalent to RM15) per day. This limit applies to both retail outlets and the HTM Official Website

 

 5. MEMBERS' BENEFITS

  • Lifetime Membership: Free life time membership.

  • Members’ Specials: Enjoy exclusive discount on selected products.

  • Exclusive Invitations: Receive invitations to Members-only promotions, events, and offers.

  • Exclusive Vouchers: Receive Members-only vouchers during promotion period.

  • Track Purchases: Review purchase history at any HTM Pharmacy outlet.

  • Email, WhatsApp & SMS Updates: Receive regular updates on promotions, activities, and special offers.

  • Birthday Reward: Earn 2x Points for purchases made during your birthday month. Members are entitled to one (1) RM10 Birthday Voucher during their birthday month. Members will also receive exclusive birthday-month discounts for selected partnering brands.

 

6. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY

6.1 Members are required to provide personal information such as name (as per NRIC/Passport), address, and contact details during registration. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

 

6.2 HTM Pharmacy is committed to safeguarding personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and will take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

 

6.3 This Privacy Policy applies whenever personal information is provided to HTM Pharmacy unless disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.

 

6.4 HTM Pharmacy and its strategic partners may use Membership information for marketing and promotional purposes. Members who do not wish to receive such communications may opt out by emailing [email protected]

 

 7. GENERAL

7.1 The Membership remains the property of HTM Pharmacy at all times.

 

7.2 HTM Pharmacy (including successors, assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries) shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind—whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential—arising from the use of the Membership.

 

7.3 HTM Pharmacy shall not be liable if a Membership application is rejected for any reason.

 

7.4 Any dispute regarding Points or services must be submitted in writing to an HTM Pharmacy outlet or emailed to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the dispute.

 

7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

 

7.6 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

 

7.7 HTM Pharmacy reserves the final authority on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and on any disputes regarding the Membership.

 

7.8 HTM Pharmacy assumes no responsibility for any technical failure of the Membership system.

 

7.9 HTM Pharmacy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Notices of amendments will be published on the HTM Pharmacy official website. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

 

7.10 Communications by HTM Pharmacy may be issued through outlets, the official website, advertisements, or other media deemed appropriate. Such communications shall supersede previous notifications unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

7.11 Notices to Members may be published at HTM Pharmacy outlets and/or on the official HTM Pharmacy website.
