- 4 tablespoons (which is about 80 g) per day is recommended. Preferably 2 tablespoons (40 g) in the morning to provide adequate energy required for daily activities, 2 tablespoons (40 g) at night to promote bowel movement.HOW DO I CONSUME IT?
- Add 2 tablespoons (40 g) into 1/3 of lukewarm water (50 mL) and stir evenly, continue adding another 2/3 of hot water (100-150 mL) and mix well. If you prefer an enhanced flavor serving, Oat King can be mixed with milk, soymilk, fruit juices, honey or sprinkled on cereal cottage cheese or yogurt.
