Permethrin Indications / Uses Treatment of head lice. Dosage / Direction for Use Apply lotion onto clean towel dried hair ensuring every strand comes in contact w/ lotion for at least 10 min. Rinse completely, repeat after 10 days to complete the course of treatment. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to other pyrethroids or pyrethrins. Infant 2 mth. Special Precautions Not to be used on broken skin or near the eyes. Childn 2 mth, expectant mothers. Pregnancy & lactation. Side Effects / Adverse Reactions Skin irritation, redness or rash.
