While the Vitamode Superba Krill Oil helped with my premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms, I experienced some mild side effects like stomach discomfort and burping. The softgel capsules are easy to take, but the aftertaste is a bit unpleasant. It's a decent product, but the side effects were a drawback for me.

The Vitamode Superba Krill Oil is a good product for improving heart health. It has helped me lower my cholesterol levels and maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. The only issue I had was that the bottle was not sealed properly, which made the packaging slightly inconvenient.
