HERO TRAINING MISSION CAMP - JUNIOR PHARMACIST

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
• The camp is open to children aged 8–12 years old only.
• Participants must fall within the stated age range at the time of the event.
2. Registration & Payment
• Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the registration fee.
• All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Limited to a maximum of 100 participants.
3. Registration Deadline
• Registration closes on 28 February 2026, or earlier if all slots are filled.
4. Fees & Inclusions
• Registration fee is RM88 per participant.
• The fee includes lunch, tea break, camp T-shirt, booklet, goodies bag, lab coat, and certificate of completion.
5. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy
• No cancellation or refund will be allowed once registration is confirmed.
• Replacement of participant is allowed, subject to:
• The replacement participant meeting the age requirement (8–12 years old).
• Notification to HTM Pharmacy at least 5 working days before the event date.
• Any changes are subject to approval by HTM Pharmacy.
6. Health & Safety
• Parents/guardians must ensure that participants are in good health to attend the camp.
• Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be declared during registration.
• HTM Pharmacy reserves the right to provide basic first aid when necessary.
7. Supervision & Conduct
• Participants must follow instructions given by trainers and facilitators at all times.
• HTM Pharmacy reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner, without refund.
8. Photography & Media
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
• By registering, parents/guardians consent to the use of such materials by HTM Pharmacy.
9. Programme Changes
• HTM Pharmacy reserves the right to amend the programme, activities, venue, or schedule without prior notice if necessary.
10. Liability
• HTM Pharmacy shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
11. Final Decision
• All decisions made by HTM Pharmacy regarding the camp are final and binding.
12. Kit Collection.
• Kit collection is on event day only
