Product Details Direction for Use: •Adult: 1-2 tablespoon (7.5-15ml), 3-4 times daily. •Children 6-12 years: 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (2.5-5ml), 3-4 times daily. •Children 3-5 years: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml), 3-4 times daily.
