Silymarin acts as antioxidants in our body which protect our body from free radicals. Ingredients: Silymarin – 70mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) – 3.9mg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) – 4mg Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) – 12mg Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate) – 8mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) – 4mg Direction of usage: Consume 1-2 capsules.
