How to use:

Adults (Age 13 and above) : Put 200ml warm or cold water in a shaker bottle.

Gradually add 4 scoops (55g) of Essents DM into the shaker bottle, screw the lid firmly, shut and shake it vigorously until dissolved. Drink immediately. Take 1 to 2 serving (s) per day.

Children (Age 4 and above) : 27.5g (2 scoops), 1 to 2 serving (s) per day.
