Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), is a nutrient naturally produced by our body. It helps to generate energy in body cells, works as an antioxidant and plays an important role in metabolism.

CoQ10 is present in every cell. However, the highest concentrations are found in organs with the greatest energy demands. Studies have found that CoQ10 assist muscle cells to use energy more efficiently.
